Prof.Andrew Ullmann, M.D. is an elected member of the German Parliament. A physicianby training, Ullmann seats at the Health Committee where he is the spokes person of the Free Democrats and the vice-chair of the sub-committee on Global Health of the German Bundestag. Since 2020 he is regional chair for Western &Central Europe of the global parliamentarians’ Network UNITE. Ullmann has a background in infectious diseases from Harvard Medical School and was trained n hematology and oncology at University of Mainz, Germany. He is a full professor of infectious diseases at the Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg, Germany, where he also serves as a City Councilor.
