Katja Roll

Katja Roll is a political scientist with global health experience from donor governments, civil society and multilateral organizations. She was previously a representative of Germany in the Board of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria and headed the policy advisory programme on Global Health Funds at the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). In her current work as Senior Advisor for the Joep Lange Institute Katja has a key focus on digital health. In this context, she is a member of the global start-up-team of the International Digital Health & AI Research Collaborative (I-DAIR). Under the umbrella of Transform Health she leads the development of a Conceptual Framework for the Investment Case for the Digital Transformation of Health Systems in LMICs.
