Sania Nishtar

Dr. Sania Nishtar (SI, FRCP, Ph.D, D.Sc) is Prime Minister of Pakistan’s Special Assistant and Federal Minister, Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety. She also chairs the Benazir Income Support Program, and the United Nations International Institute for Global Health’s Advisory Committee. Sania Nishtar is co-chair of World Health Organization’s High-Level Commission on Non-communicable diseases. She is a strong believer of good governance and health for all. She has lead numerous international initiatives and is widely published and decorated.
